STEP I. Cost Estimate

We provide you with a build estimate. If this exceeds your budget, we can work with the designer to tweak your plan. We want you to have a realistic expectation for your project with no hidden surprises.


STEP 2. Quantity Surveyor Quote 

When you are satisfied with the design and estimate, we will submit your drawings to an independant certified Quantity Surveyor to accurately price your build or renovation.


STEP 3. Acceptance and Consents

After you have acepted the quote your working drawings are submitted to your local council for consent. Your architect can do this or we can take care of this part of the process for you.

if not, we can recommend one. We will work with the designer to deliver your plan within budget. We can assist your decisions on materials and offer suitable alternatives if required. To start it all, and using your existing plans we'll go through this simple four step process:

We are underway! We will schedule regular meetings to make sure you make informed decisions and everything is on time and running smoothly. We want you to enjoy the building process and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you do.
