STEP I. Cost Estimate

We will provide you with a free first consultation to discuss your build and if you choose to engage us with an LOI, we can move to stage 2 with a formal quote.

We want you to have a realistic expectation for your project with no hidden surprises.

 

STEP 2. Quantity Surveyor Quote 

When you are satisfied with the design and estimate, and for a small fee, we will submit your drawings to an independant certified Quantity Surveyor to accurately price your build or renovation.

 

STEP 3. Acceptance, Contracts, Consents

Accept...Sign...Consent. Your architect can take care of the consent process for you, or we can. Consents take about a month so remember to move early to avoid disappointments

The Build Process

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A DESIGNER, GREAT

If not, we can recommend one. We will work with the designer to deliver your plan within budget. We can assist your decisions on materials and offer suitable alternatives if required. To start it all, and using your existing plans we'll go through this simple four step process:

We are underway! We will schedule regular meetings to make sure you make informed decisions on any variations and everything is on time and running smoothly. We want you to enjoy the building process and we’ll do everything we can to ensure you do.
